@Simon: Have a look through our official documentation, such as Situations Guide, Moderators Guidelines and Contact templates, they provide a good framework for our actions. When in doubt, we usually post something in this forum (usually General Chat), asking each other for tips and opinions. It would be good if you could also leave a note about trouble makers on Steam forums in Problem users, but it's up to you

Meet Roger_Mellie, our Steam moderator!
Hi all, I've just added to our forum Roger_Mellie a.k.a. Alf_Trupper on Steam, who has been our moderator on Steam forums for quite some time. I thought we all could benefit from a closer communication between these and Steam forums and help each other out if we are not 100% sure how to act in different situations.

Welcome aboard.
It will be nice to compare notes. I don't look at the steam discussions too often.
Be Well

Welcome Roger_Mellie! I don't envy you for moderating the Steam forums, the mood over there sometimes is even worse than in here. Good job keeping it clean...
Now I do feel bad for creating that problem user thread.
Yeah, check if you got some notes about this guy: http://forum.thehunter.com/viewtopic.php?f=196&t=71922Alena Rybik wrote:It would be good if you could also leave a note about trouble makers on Steam forums in Problem users, but it's up to you

Hello everyone - it's nice to say that I have interacted with most of you at some point and I will try to make all future interactions more 'positive' Tanngnjostr!!
You'll see me easier on Steam as Alf_Tupper (not Trupper!!)
Yes the Steam forums can be a test of patience but mainly from people who have not played the game very much, or at all, but it can be fun keeping order; I guess your problem posters here are the longer term players? (And occasionally me - sorry!!!!
)
Thanks for the welcome ladies and gentlemen.
Alena - I will return the NDA Tuesday once I have been to work as my printer here is broke.
