Moderation Team Update - April 2016

Hello everyone,

Here is a small update for you:

As you know, both Flanker and Hawkeman have left us for a long-ish breaks, but we hope to see them back once their private lives allow them to come back in full power. <3

I will be contacting Ludante (and I think we've also discussed Bosloe, right?) regarding moderators' jobs but for some reason I have a feeling that he will refuse

Thank you for your great efforts on keeping the forums clean and healthy recently, I am really happy that I can feel confident about not having to be present here every single hour. Great job and many thanks!

I've noticed that there are still a lot of signatures violating the Code of Conduct, I would like to ask you to be more active when contacting those users. I've created a special thread here, where we can keep a track of the ones we contacted. If they don't make adjustments within 2 days, I'll remove a part of their signatures.

I've also added you some em$ for April, enjoy!

If think it would be a good thing to get some reinforcements. Regarding Ludante: He wrote me a nice reply after yesterday's "incident", but his post also gave me the impression he's not too keen on becoming a moderator. We'll see... I would also be happy to welcome Nick (Bosloe) to the team, he seems to be a really nice guy.

And then we hope Flanker and Hawkeman will be back to business soon!

I modified the "Signature" contact template to include the CoC reference, and put it in a code tag to make it easier to copy/paste and capture the quote & link tags.
I also added an index to the first post of the Contact Templates to make them quicker to find.

I think it might be time to rethink/redesign the Standard Signature banner. It's 160 pixels tall (+ 20 pixel margin) now with 30 animals. We know there is at least one additional animal coming, and can only assume there will be more in the future. Add the allowable 2 lines of text and It's more than twice the size of any other allowable signature. Maybe take a cue from David's signatures & make it a summary banner that links to the players profile or lifetime stats??
