i love the feel of it, although i can see no plants at all.
the new sand whirl animation is really nice, i also like the new textures of the ground.
the sounds are great, i feel like being in another world (not in the temperate zone). :D

i assume both feral hog and red fox will be species that inhabitate the new reserve!?
are there any other new species beside the roo on the road map?
what kind of roo will we hunt? eastern greys or reds?

Feedback on my work as a moderator is always welcome!

on to the topography.

overall look is ace 8-) . apart from a couple of bushes and a tree type. that may not be finished yet. so i wont be over critical.

1st this

seems very bland like a extra texture or something is missing that should be on top of the leaves.

this is on msaa x8 everything on max and it still has very jagged edges. they are also used on the tree below.

very jagged looks sort of like you have low scene complexity on. any way of making them look better or has something else got to be adjusted with them ?

The species for this reserve at launch will be feral hog, red fox, european rabbit and red kangaroo.

Oh..welll.. Right now I am standing here in a downpour of rain.. :cry:

EDIT: The rain lasted around 6 min and had a rainbow at the end.
