I was concerned so I checked in for you, the injuries were quite severe and they were afraid there was no hope, But an independent secret organization called Build-a-Bear had him transported to their facilities where they claim they can build him stronger, and faster.

Looks like a new season started.

Edit: Actually I just checked the API to confirm that, and it seems season 23 ended but a new one has not been created. Hopefully that won't cause a problem when they "start" season 24.

i'vw passed the mission, how can i get the tower?

As soon as I completed the Valentine mission a tower was added to my inventory. It was exactly the same as when gm$ are awarded after completing any other mission.

Check your inventory in the Store under Equipment > Deployables > Deployable Hunting Tower (Bare Wood) to see if they already added yours too, if you know how many you had before.
