I went and looked because I am addicted to research. Found multiple pictures of Sambar in the snow so I know a little more about such an alien creature to me. I was unaware we even had them in America let alone the North Americas. Interesting critter for sure and sounds like it tastes great.

You're right... I didnt mention it, that must mean its legal ;)

So long as Tod didnt code it as SP only I am fine with MP hunts.

I don't have "SP Only" in my notes. I'll have to go check the code to make sure.

[edit] singleplayer is not checked, so you can hunt SP or MP
It's "Tod", with one bloody 'd'!

Thanks for this comp, SoftShoe. I don't know if I'll have enough time to do it "right" but gonna try. It's cool learning about the greats. Didn't find anything on youtube about Bob Milek, but found this about Elmer Keith.

Sorry guys, it looks like we having the issue of not being able to submit hunts because you arent registered again. Hopefully Tod can get it sorted soon.

@ Birdman: Thanks for posting that vid! I watch Hikcock45 semi regularly but never saw that vid before. One error he made was in saying Elmer had beads in his front sight. That isnt correct, he had brass wire inlaid for 200, 300 & 400yds IIRC.

@ ConStratos: Yes in nearly all respects this is a run of the mill comp albeit being restricted handguns. You can shoot whatever you like & the one shot kills only applies to trophies. You do have to submit it as an expedition though & that is because of the yotes by the pound portion of the hunt.
