.22 Plinkington very inaccurate
I have a .22 "Plinkington" Semi-Automatic Rifle with the 3-9x40mm Anschütz Rifle Scope.
Now here is the problem with this gun.
Sitting in a pod stand (not standing sitting) I spot a rabbit at just 50 meters.
I line up the sight hold my breath and I miss by 4 feet.
That gun is so inaccurate that it is a miracle you can hit the broadside of a barn with it from just 3 paces away.
I own a .22 pistol and I can easily shoot a rabbit at 50 meters while holding it with just 1 hand.
But with a scoped rifle at lvl8 you can't hit jack **** with it.
My Parker Python bow is more accurate than a rifle with a scope

I've recently tested this weapon and it seems to be shooting fairly high compared to what it should when you have a scope attached. I've sent this information to our designer who will take a look at it!

I don't know if this is the same issue but I just tried it and had no problems - shot just like it always did and no problems with accuracy...

Re: .22 Plinkington very inaccurate
I just tested it again, and it's shooting just like it always has. Zero to +0.25" at 10m, about 3.5" high at 50m, and back on zero at 100m.
For reference, I have it dropping ~29" at 200m, and ~120" at 300m.
This is pretty consistent with ballistics data for a higher end .22LR, shooting > 1500 fps.
As for the bug report, "I miss by 4 feet." Does this mean the projectile hit 4 feet behind the target? That would make sense if it's shooting 3.5" high at that distance, and you are elevated.
There is no "sitting" position. I assume the OP meant "Crouching" ??
As for "innacurate". I was able to hold a group of 0.5" at 50m with at least a dozen shots. And a similar group at 100m. And that's with skill level 8.
I don't think there is anything wrong with this weapon.
