missing harvest Bobcat

Hallo hunters during my game, I shot and instantly killed a 25.9kg male lynx with a shotgun loaded with deer ammunition.

When I harvested it I could see the sex and the weight of the animal but not the score, the calculator spinning endlessly. Since it was a high-value catch (25.9 kg), I decided to take a photo of the trophy.
In the end, the photo was left in my galley without a score, and it didn't appear in my list of catches from the game; it wasn't registered for the competition.
I sent a ticket to client support with the hope of getting the capture back....

Unfortunately, once a hunt ends, any animal that wasn't harvested or didn't generate a score is removed from the game. We have no way of recovering an animal that couldn't generate its score.
