Retriever Not Responding To Commands, Slow To Respond, Buggy

Post by InvisibleFlame9 »

Bug Report
Game Mode: SP
Hunter Name: InvisibleFlame9

Description:
Lately I noticed my (LV.23) Retriever dog seems to be worse at following commands lately more than usual. Normally, I'm used to my retriever being responsive to basic commands that I don't pay it much thought. For example when I command my Retriever to lay down, he does. I haven't really noticed much problem with him fallowing commands up until lately between about Lv.20-23. Lately, I have to command him 4-6 times before he obeys commands like siting, laying down, etc. It's frustrating. This is consistent. It happens every hunt that I have to command dog 4-6 times to obey 'lay down' command, and 'sit'. This single issue is causing me the most frustration of my dog's recent change in behavior.

Furthermore, sometimes he doesn't respond to retrieve commands either. Yesterday when I was duck hunting he retrieved all but 1 or 2 ducks (40m-50m harvest distance). Those last ducks I had to collect myself because my dog wouldn't retrieve them after many command attempts. This didn't happen just once. It happened several times throughout the same session, and similar issues in other sessions with Geese.

The issue with dog failing to retrieve a couple harvests seems kind of buggy, though is not as much a problem for me as the issue I'm having when I command dog to lay down. As I say, I'm pretty sure that's not normal and these issues only seemed to arise recently as it caught my attention and was a noticeable change in dog behavior.

I'm reporting this as a bug because no one in the forum discussions seems to have any insight or feedback to offer regarding this issue and I suspect this might be a bug.
