"calculating score" symbol just spins endlessly

Animal not scoring again!!!
Just harvested a bobcat good for competition but ALL WASTED TIME!!!

Doc here. I heard you had a bit of trouble finding an animal you winged out there... It's vital that if you injure an animal you find it and do not allow it to suffer! Make sure you get to it and make sure you confirm the kill with your HunterMate.

Something I've done is to have the web page for my account open in a browser (cell phone is fastest for me) and showing my "Last Hunt" page. If I get the spinning/calculating score at a harvest, I'll go and refresh the web page until the animal shows. Once I see it there, I'll just click to resume hunting. I've never lost one that appears on the web page, even if/when the score doesn't calculate in the game.

The loading image when calculating score spinning for long periods of time is due to connection quality with the game's server. Nothing can be done about that. Nobody has any control over connection quality.
Are you sure the bobcat you're talking about isn't in your hunt history? Please check. I've never had a message from Doc after harvesting an animal. Most of the time when that thing spins forever on me I just close the harvest screen and go to my hunt history to see what the score was if I want to know and, as long as I've given it enough time to post and I'm looking at the right hunting session, all the animals I've harvested are always there. The score in the harvest screen is just a display that comes from our hunt history and the score sheet for that animal. The game and our hunting session doesn't rely on that thing to record what we've done.
