Regarding recent issues

Hello everyone,

We want to address the concern regarding rewards from the last event and the broader issues some of you have experienced.

The core problem lies in our game's infrastructure, which requires significant updates. In its current state, major updates or events can introduce unexpected bugs, leading to increased server strain and impacting your overall experience.

Rest assured, we’re aware of these challenges and are actively working to resolve them. Alongside fixing the immediate issues, we are implementing a comprehensive system update to ensure future events and updates roll out smoothly and without critical problems.

This means that delays with event rewards, server stability, and other reported issues are our top priority. All these concerns are being addressed as quickly as possible. This means we will delay all non-essential releases, including events, until these critical bugs have been fixed.

We deeply appreciate your patience and support as we work to make the game more stable and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for sticking with us!

It is like taking the rust off of an old 1968 Dodge Power Wagon with a Granny Gear. Work it 'til the rust is gone. Then polish it up and give it a new blueprinted engine. I'd much rather have all the bugs squashed then an event that may or may not run smoothly. Good choice in what it is you folks have decided to do. Keep up the good work and best of luck in fixing the infrastructure of this game we all love. :D
