How Attempts Work:
Any singleplayer hunt launched on the competition map after the start time of this competition will count as an attempt.
Hunts that are less than 5 minutes in length with no distance traveled and no animals spotted do not count towards your attempt limit (this allows for disconnections).
Multiplayer hunts on competition reserves must have at least one animal harvested or it will count as a Singleplayer hunt. Multiplayer hunts do not count towards your attempt limit.

Uh oh, I guess there were too many pairs of some of the critters... time to start shrinking the population! I'll give it a try.

Let's Get Biblical! - A Male and its mate

"Let's Get Biblical"... this comp could be worse! ;)

Most people think there were just ONE pair of each kind of animal, but that's not what was written! There were to be SEVEN pairs of the "clean" animals! The "clean" land animals were described elsewhere...

In this comp, the mule deer AND the elk would be considered "clean". I'm glad we only need one pair each, and not the seven pairs !

Also, there would have been seven pairs of the willow ptarmigan, but we can't shoot those with the classic rifles anyway, so..... phew!
Working 2 jobs doesn't leave enough time for hunting! :(

Shooting 7 pairs of airborne ptarmigan should be a requirement just for scores to even count :D
