What a beauty o_O

I'm not expert at all but such small caliber will only be good for small birds at quite close range right ? Ducks, pheasants, rabbits etc, a Canadian geese might be too big to do any lethal damages or not ? Wondering if this model can use slugs or buckshot and what such caliber will be good for in game..

3 very quick shots for ducks hunting will be nice already :p

410 can fire Birdshot Buckshot and slugs. Some are also chambered to fire 45 long colt. Ideal for Ptarmigan, Quail Rabbits etc.
I used a 410/22 , .22 barrel over a 410 shotgun, shot many rabbits with No 4 shot, and 2 rusa deer with slugs, while working as a pest destruction shooter.
Very popular in the U.S. for hunting whitetails with slugs, particularly for junior shooters.
The 410 has the same power as larger shotguns but not as many pellets per load as larger shotguns, therefore not as much spread pattern.
Very useful when shooting over dogs, not so likely to hit a dog with less spread.
A hit with a 410 shotgun has the same effect as a hit with a 12g.
Old hunters never die. They just sit around the campfires and tell the biggest lies.

Thanks you very much for taking the time to respond and explain so clearly.

I looked a bit and some have indeed the barrel rifled so you can you use a rifle either as a standard shotgun or as a rifle using the .45 long, wow i didn't knew this was even possible.

While searching a bit i also learnt about choke tubes, not a real life hunter myself, nor being in a country where firearms are common for the public, it's a nice discover for me, now i wish this was in the game store, shotguns allowing to mount choke tubes and a variety of choke tubes we could buy to control the spread, apparently a narrowed one not only tighten the spread but also can increase the range, in article about a .410 gun it also helped with the spinning due to the rifling ( not sure what effect apart from the spread this could have using bird-shells for example, range and power reduced maybe ?), having the possibility to choose depending what we will go hunt will be nice and bring a lot more depth to the game, would love to see such thing in game... one can dream :p.
Not only does this tube constrict the bore as a normal choke does, but it also stops the spin imparted to the shot charge by the .45 caliber rifling. I now have a useful survival weapon and a nice woods walker’s companion. The .45 Colt cartridge is useful for coyotes, hogs, and other critters up to and including White-tail Deer. The .410 shotshells in 3″ are adequate for small game up to turkeys at close range.
If the rifle have a precise and good sights in game, the reduced spread should not be such a big deal i think, i really like to hunt using the 10ga in game, the sights aren't that great but i love it to shoot small birds at longer range than the others shotguns in game, the reduced spread of the 10ga do wonders, i doubt the .410 have such good range as the 10ga tho.

Also seems like there is pistols chambered in .410/45, this would be insane in game as sidearm o_O

I'm sold on this, the triple barrel gun is a beauty with this classic style and 3 shots i'd buy it for sure, any other file, even single shot, allowing .410 and .45 would be really nice too, like i said in another thread what we need is not new skins or guns that are already covered by others in game, such type of versatile rifles is really what i am looking for.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond, learnt some good things today :)
