The Hunter DVD-ROM Versions

Hello everyone,

I thought, I would give you all a quick heads-up on what I found out regarding the DVD-ROM versions of theHunter: Classic.

The activation code that comes with the DVD-ROM version of the game is still valid and works! When the code is activated on https://www.thehunter.com/activation as instructed on the digital manual of the DVD-ROM version, you will be asked to either register a new account or use an existing account. Just like all the other DVD-ROM versions, you will receive a Manual, theHunter Main Theme Soundtrack, Game Screenshots and Game Backgrounds.

However, since the game is on Steam and is complete free-to-play; You are unable to play the DVD-ROM Version of the game.

The ‘’Retail Box’’ item will be added to either your existing account or new account, that’s up to you! (The Hunter 2015 ''Multiplayer'' DVD-ROM version has the Premium 30-30 Lever Action Rifle). Not only will you receive this, but also 2000 em$, Membership Status on your account for 183 days, Additional Content and Consumables, like Scent Eliminator etc.

Bought mine from Amazon Germany way back in the mists of time. Probably late 2015 or early 2016 and the only reason I have the Lone Star.

Oh no! Perhaps there are other stores online where you are able to purchase the DVD-ROM version? We have a few stores in the Netherlands who seem to have them, but unfortunately they don't have world wide shipping.
