Achievements disappeared

Today I had a strange effect while playing the "Red Is The Key"-mission:

I started at Ritterstein lodge but at tower 1 no message box popped up. Therefore, I went back to Ritterstein and got the message. Back at tower 1 I got is as well and also for both droppings. When I came to tower 2 again nothing happened. I checked the mission status but the fox droppings was the only achievement that was checked.

Has anyone seen this before?

Yesterday, I finished that mission without any issues.
