Cannot Taxidermy My Trophies!

Description:
<<Since yesterday 11/27/2024, it seems that I cannot taxidermy my trophy animals from my hunt history. Yesterday, I tried to taxidermy a Sitka from WRR, it won't let me. It gives a message that says "Taxidermy (Delayed)". The timer still counts down. 20 hours later, I still cannot taxidermy that Sitka Deer. It happened today with a second animal. I want to taxidermy my new personal best Moose scoring 223 and I can't taxidermy either of my two new animal trophies. I get the same message, "Taxidermy (Delayed)". Also it shows the EM cost of the trophy, though it doesn't show the GM cost. The option to purchase the trophy with GM's isn't available. The button for that is grey and says, "Not enough GMs". I know I have plenty of EMs, and pretty sure I do have enough GMs for a trophy. Whatever the case, I cannot purchase my trophies and I do not want to lose that option when the time runs out.>>

I just taxied 2 Moose from my hunt history. When you clicked on the em$ button- did text come up saying "Purchase Complete". If it did, then it should have taxied, if it didn't then it must be a localized issue. As I can Taxiderm my critters. I do wonder if anyone else is having the same issue. Perhaps clean your Game Cache from the Hunter Settings.

"Delayed" means that the hunt during which the animal was harvested has ended, so taxidermy costs a little more (12 instead of 10 em$ or 2200 instead of 2000 gm$).

I was under the impression that he clicked the purchase button. If he didn't then that would be the reason it didn't taxi.

Before there was the problem that I couldn't purchase with Gms. I earned a few hundred more during current new hunt. Now, I just went back to try to tax animal. It worked when I purchased with Gms. I didn't try using the Ems because I don't want to spend them on that trophie. However, it is possible that I was a little short on Gms before. I don't remember in the past seeing that message, "delayed". If that is normal, then perhaps there wasn't a bug? Maybe this all was a misunderstanding on my part? Maybe I was a little short on Gms and thought I had enough? If my memore is correct I had about 2,100 GMs and I didn't have the option to purchase when I was just over 2,000 Gm.

I feel like an idiot because I can't remember if I tried to click "purchase with EMs" or not. It's very possible that I forgot the obvious thing here, and then when I saw the "delayed" message that confused me. Feel free to cancel this thread as everything seems to be working. I'll accept that I had an idiot moment there.

You only have 24 hours to taxidermy an animal when you harvest it.

If you taxidermy it while the hunt is still running, it only costs 10em$/2000gm$.

As soon as the hunte ends, it's considered "delayed" taxidermy and is more expensive at a cost of 12em$/2200gm$.

If you wait for the 24 hour timer to run out, you will lose the chance to ever taxidermy that animal.

This is how taxidermy in the game works, this doesn't sound like a bug. I will move this to the "Need Help" section so it can be further discussed if needed without post approval.
