That's too bad. We (the CIS community) were really looking forward to this event. I wish that instead of the canceled event, we were given the opportunity to participate in an event equal in difficulty and rewards.

With the tech issues we're having, that would have been impossible. We're working on getting it all sorted out and we should be cool by Halloween.

Technical issues have forced us to cancel the Fiesta, we're working on sorting it out but we can't keep postponing like this.

Just let us know where we can use our sledgehammers to help fix the technical issues you're having! Whatever (or whoever!) is causing your problem, we'd be happy to assist you in getting it working again!

I'm going to have to go on a long quiet walk to be with myself and process how I feel about this untimely news.

Thanks for trying Avery. If you have some time on your hands now, could you please take a look at the disappearing tracking domes, most often on Hemmeldal but also on Whiterime? It's just horrible when you have to run just hoping to keep up to a wounded Reindeer because the tracks keep disappearing just as you are about to clik on them. It only starts happening after about 2 hours real time in the map, and I bet it has something to do with the huge number of tracks being cycled through the "buffer." Maybe try eliminating Ptarmigan tracks completely, or at least drastically reducing their lifespan; they're just a big waste of resources anyway. Thanks again for your efforts.

It happens on TgTs too as of late. Yeah, it would be super cool to get that fixed. ;)

The Halloween event usually takes place at the end of October, can we hope to have something special between now and then ?
A special day, an animal challenge, a mini event or something else ?

If we can sort out the issues in time, yes, we'll put in a smaller event to tide everyone over. If it's too close to Halloween by the time we fix it though, we may wait. It depends on timing.

We've tried some fixes for the tracks, but they happen independently of the cache. Regardless of how many tracks are being laid down or how often we cleared the cache on the dev build trying to force newer tracks to stay put, they vanished. This is a problem that's going to take a little more time to source. We haven't forgotten it exists or how much of a problem it causes.
