Huntermate unable to pick up tracks or blood only poop and calls

As per title, I just installed the game after couple of years and I am unable to scan any tracks or blood with my huntermate. Only thing that it picks up is Calls and poop. I have since tried reinstalling the game and verifying files but I am still not able to scan the tracks. To clarify, I am able to see the track from animals and they are highlited but I cant scan them. No matter what reserve or animal it just doesnt work
