is parker python worth it?
hello everyone, so I would like you to clear up a doubt I have about compound bows, I recently played the hunter classic again and noticed some different things, such as snakebite seeming to be the quietest bow, my doubt is , is it worth buying parkerpython even if you have snakebite? because after all, one of the only advantages of the parker over the other bows was that it was quieter but now it's not anymore, still it's worth buying it?

I would say, YES.
I am 95% a bowhunter in this game & used it a lot & still use it at times. I've been using the Pulsar lately to level it up.
- The Parker even though a 60lb bow can put down big game with ease.
- It's got a 5-Pin Range Finder Bow Sight that is very helpful & easy to use. Makes for faster reconnaissance of distances.
- I noticed also, that it got louder with time. Imagination or reality? ( It seems to depend on the animals' location. Sometimes they spook, sometimes they don't )
Be well

If you only care about it being silent, then snakebite all the way, if u don't care about it being silent and u just want fun with something new, then parkerpython is fun and strong bow to use.

I'd like to see proof that the snakebite is the quietest compound.

I've seen those videos. Not the proof i'm looking for. A member shooting arrows into the ground is not proof that I want. I've done the same experiment and got different results.
I want a dev to tell me what decibels the animals hear from the bows. Not the arrow hitting the ground but just the noise the bow makes. Measured, not animal reaction.

Re: is parker python worth it?
thank you all for the answers, lol I was in doubt whether to buy it or not, but it seems to be worth it.
I was afraid because he was only 60lbs so I was in doubt if he could take down reasonably large animals
Thank you all

Be Assured, Its a good bow to have.
The auto ranging pins are probably its best feature. I have taken a top scoring moose with it way back soon after it came out.
My longest bow shot on a brown bear, 70m instant death.
Like every weapon in the game, you choose to use it often enough, you learn its strengths and weaknesses and with practice, you become better with it.

It's required for a bunch of missions worth way more than its cost.
