Sales delayed?

I wanted to compete for Holidays 2018: Mac's Wild Goose Chase but I only got Magpie Goose setup, and today, when the competition already finish, they put both Magpie and Canada Goose decoys/blinds for sale...

Isn't that supposed to be on sale when the competition started?

Mistakes happens with human created stuff, i guess there was a mismatch when they put the sales calendar and the competition calendar, in the positive side, all stuff one can buy in the sales will be useful for any competition or event in the future, and of course for any daily common hunting.
