What's the deal with so few competitions?

Last time i checked(less than a minute ago), 33 of the 48 species(i don't count Werewolves) have 0 competitions.
I've never seen anything like it before. A bit frustrating, especially on the last day off from work before the working week starts again(yes, anyone who doesn't work saturdays and sundays is a lazy ass hippie!)

Anyone know why so many species lack competitions at the moment?

Lots of animals with 0 competitions. Looks like someone forgot to reset them again. Hopefully it gets fixed for the weekend.

Of course it wasn't fixed for the weekend yet, when people that work can actually play. They never fail to amaze me and not in a good way. Sad part was that it showed two purple people in the forum when it was first reported 15 hours ago. With this attention to problems how can they still wonder why the dwindling numbers?

I think I can see what is happening now. Starting Nov 17, suddenly all competitions ran three days early (reported here). Now they are scheduled to start again three days later. It seems the server maintenance has reset the competition schedule and all comps will again run on the same days they have always ran.

Along the lines of zero competitions, trophies for those few listed comps have not been issued yet. 3 hours after comp ending. Patience
