Did you see the new vehicle stream?
If you watched the stream what are your thoughts on the new "Park Ranger"?

Re: Did you see the new vehicle stream?
I watched , which is very rare for me and thought that it was o.k.
I can't see any real use for me . Will wait and see the official entry of this Jeep and look at all the accessories and items that goes with it .
In the end , i will deffo pass on it .
Do i understand that it's based on the Jurassic Park Jeep ? They look pretty similar if you ask me .

The actual video doesn't start until 5 minutes 21 seconds.

Re: Did you see the new vehicle stream?
I think they did a great job at designing the vehicle, and making sure it doesn't interfere with competitions or being useful for herding and hunting trophies (though some of that remains to be seen i suppose),
But it feels to me like the jeeps are mainly designed for 2 functions, to have sort of a mobile start by driving anywhere you want for which its really good i suppose and you can get far enough on the 50 free units for that.
And for something i was looking forward to more, which is to use it to get around faster when setting up / scouting new locations for setting up equipment in reserves, but for that useage i feel like 50 units is really not much.
On the stream 50 units was circa rittersteinhütte to the northern border by road and then to the river.
Now i get that its F2P and all and got to make a living but i find it hard to justify spending money on gas for such a quality of life feature, although they didn't say how much it will cost i think.
I would rather the car be more expensive and gas unlimited, but maybe thats asking for too much.

Yes I think 100 free units would be much better for a start and I don't like the feature of returning to a lodge to refuel......need to be able to carry extra fuel in the jeep since it has a lot of storage space in the rear.just seems more practical to me

Re: Did you see the new vehicle stream?
It's not deleted. I had to watch the 5 min and 21 seconds of blank screen. Waste of my time. Just informing others so they can fast forward to the REAL beginning.fantamichele wrote:The deleted part is just blank screenstancomputerhunter wrote:The actual video doesn't start until 5 minutes 21 seconds.
