Question about the .30 R Premium Version

Does anyone know why the .30 R Premium Version, which was won by the final 3 finalists of the 2018 Summer Fiesta, has its own achievements when it is not available for purchase in the store?

I would guess it's because it'll be sold at one point in the future.

It's always been this way with competition prize weapons. Unfortunately such a weapon blocks the "weapon master achievement badges" for months until it is buyable, but then the next competition prize weapon might block them again. I've mentioned this before, but obviously it's not an issue for the devs. My guess is that there aren't many complaints about it because most people don't really care for the badges. To get them you'd have to own every single weapon reskin and that probably doesn't apply to many players nowadays.
