I know one thing it needs to be quite, or it will spook animals away from where you stop to hunt and your left tracking them, waiting to see how this will work in the game.

I did not write any think about seeing camouflaged horses, just wrote about vehicle or "if" horse food for travel.

I'd totally assume it'd be 1000 EM$

What ever it is, I am sure it will need consumables to make it work.
