I shot an albino reindeer today. Never say one before.

Re: Reindeer Albino
You should grab a picture of it, and then post it using the "bigimg" tag here:

I'd love to see!

Re: Reindeer Albino
The last time I tried to post a picture it didn't work. Give me some directions and I will. I have about 4 different Albino pictures.TheSheWolf wrote:You should grab a picture of it, and then post it using the "bigimg" tag here:

Re: Reindeer Albino
I'll explain--forgive me if it seems dumbed-down at all but I've no idea how familiar you are with this kinda stuff so I'll go to basics!
Did you take trophy shots? If so, open the trophy shot from your gallery (or the animal's scoresheet) and highlight the web address (URL) at the top of the page. The http:// bit, all of it.
Open a Post Reply on the Albinos page and put the "bigimage" code there. (This can be found just above the text box you type your reply in.) Go back and copy the highlighted URL, and on your Reply, between the two pieces of code which are within brackets, paste it.
Then Preview your answer to make sure the code worked.
If you did not take trophy shots, and the pictures aren't online but rather on your PC, you'll want to upload them to an image-hosting site first. Imgur.com works well. Once they're uploaded, you get the URL, and substitute the URL in the steps above for your new one on Imgur or so.
When getting an image's URL be sure you're viewing only the image, not the entire page the image is on.

Re: Reindeer Albino
Ha, now I can't find the Albino page I post it on also. As I found my other Albino pictures. I though I used the link posted above.
g
update: I posted more pictures on this page: Board index The Hunter Community Lodge Fan Sites, Screenshots, Media & Art
But I get different first pages with and without my pictures. I'm lost, but I posted 2 more Albino pictures I found in my file.
oh well

It is not an albino, it is a piebald. Check your hunt history.

Re: Reindeer Albino
Hoocairs is right . It is a Piebald Reindeer .
Albinos are pretty rare compare to the other fur variation of the Reindeer . Even the leucistic is mistaken for an Albino many time .
They all are pretty whitish , in all these tints , but the Albino is recognisable by its pinkish nose and eyes .

Re: Reindeer Albino
I saw them! They look awesome I'd love a white reindeer, myself. They're so beautiful, aren't they?
