Simple game enhancements

Greetings all, can anyone share some insight as to why EW is not rolling out constant enhancements? I mean even little ones? This game has so much potential - but really hasn't changed. Simple things that enhance playing experience like as we've all grumbled about a saved load out by map, or by what you may want to hunt... I can go on and on - they are certainly not game changers but I never see new simple features not to mention the bugs and glitches get addressed ie. dogs not showing up when your not hosting, geese getting stuck in the air, dogs in general just glitch out (mostly my retriever, blood hound is a pimp).

Any thoughts? Can't say its because of CotW, they didn't do much before that either... I think they really should get on this
