There is some problem with the new 30x65mm Spotting Scope?
Frequently i read players talking so much about the 16x50mm Spotting Scope as like the new 30x65mm Spotting Scope never existed.
Sometimes i think i am the only guy who owns a 30x65mm Spotting Scope.
So i ask to you guys if there are some fundamental differences between this two Scopes then the long view distance.
Some of you would never buy the new 30x65mm Spotting Scope? And why?

The main difference is that the 16x50 will not get the spotting information at distances beyond 220 meters and the 30x65 will and of course the higher magnification.

After I bought the 30x65 scope I put the previous one, the 16x50, on the shelf. It will never ever be used again.

Agreed! With the release of ERR there's no need to use the 16x50 any more once you own the 30x65. None that I could think of at least...Generalkommendant wrote:After I bought the 30x65 scope I put the previous one, the 16x50, on the shelf. It will never ever be used again.

I guess what we are trying to tell you is if you don't already own one buy the 30x65 since the 16x50 is obsolete.

Since high-powered rifle scopes are available, I don't carry a spotting scope any more

The new spotting scope 30 X 65 is still without rangefinder?
