They're really easy to find. 1000% accurate. Just don't have a shotgun with you.

VonStratos wrote:They told us its a bird, but not if a waterfowling bird or a "normal" bird, and in Piccabeen Bay you can hear ducks or something similar, so maybe they are introducing waterfowl there, if not i hope it be some kind of large bird like pheasant, we already have 3 kind of little ptarmigans and they are kind a pain to look for them to hunt them.

They didn't tell us it's a bird, but unless it's a dinosaur, it's pretty obvious it'll be a bird. The picture might just be random feathers to indicate that it's a bird. They might not be from whichever animal we're going to get. So it could be anything really. Whatever it is, I hope it's a decent size.

It's a bird  , I dont care what kind... They waste time on new items and species instead to fix old bugs and game crashes.

I hope it's a seagull. I hate those things, and I can't shoot them IRL

It's probably a bird. We have enough birds. I feel like they are taking space up for different animals, which means less animals.

If they are new ducks for picabeen, the color scheme for the female australian hard-head duck matches the image in the status report.

If you google Expansive Worlds it comes up with: "We believe in creating games together with the community."
So where's the Fallow Deer? it's been a highly requested species by a lot of people, this bird though... nope.
Here's a poll confirming the want for Fallow Deer in the game: https://forum.thehunter.com/viewtopic.php?f=117&t=82829

That one is for Axis :P

But anyway i totally agree with you, i don’t see why they keep pushing them... they are one of the most requested animals... maybe they don’t want to because they can’t make the antlers look good, just take Rusa and Sambar as an example, which have similar antlers (the Sambar at least)
