.17 HMR
Is the species listed for the .17 HRM all killable with the ammo given at the current point in time or did they start checking off other species for the new ammo that is will be released soon? Would appreciate a quick reply for a quick buy while on sale. Thanks guys!

Right now it's not good for anything bigger than a rabbit. Waiting on new ammo.
Edit: Good for turkeys also.

i picked it up a couple minutes ago, new ammo will make it stronger and better for fox and bobcat (apperently) so im going out in a limb and trusting it makes it better

I also picked it up a second ago. Due to the sale ofc. If it wasn't for the new ammo being added soon I wouldn't have bought it neither. But well, let's try it out.

I also bought it for the exact same reasons!
Let's hope new ammo makes it worth the Ems!

Re: .17 HMR
From my little experience I got after purchasing yesterday evening I can agree with the reviews in the other thread "Store Items". Really good at the small game but when it comes to bobcats (haven't tried foxes) it's a no go. Had to shoot one bobcat with 3 shots. All from less than 50m and they all counted as body shots. Huujaa...
Yepp! Can't wait for it. But it won't be the quickest change of ammo on the fly. The reloading animation do take its time.Lamphunter wrote:Let's hope new ammo makes it worth the Ems!

You can only load 2 - 3 shots, there is no need to wait until 11Generalkommendant wrote:From my little experience I got after purchasing yesterday evening I can agree with the reviews in the other thread "Store Items". I hope you guys did the right thing.I'll buy it only when it would do the job done on foxes and bobcats.
