Competitions and missions for newer animals

Its half a year now since the last design a comp/mission thread and there are still no Dall Sheep and Ptarmigan competitions or missions in the game. Why does it take that long? There is even a Whiterime Travel Mission pack from the one before that won and is still not in the game one year later. Then we have the bobcat and four new Picabeen species that may get their comps and missions in about another year from now at that speed. Don't get me wrong, i know its work to implement them, but i was hoping your goal with doing the community designed stuff was to bring them out faster.
