clothing effect
hi,
quick question, I've searched for answers here but can't seem to find them. do you need the COMPLETE set to get the visual/scent/sound reduction from the clothes? or is it enough with the jacket and pants? does it give some effect or none at all?
thanks in advance!!

Every piece gives some effect.

Re: clothing effect
No, each single piece of clothing provides part of the camo effect. I think I read somewhere that each piece amounts to 1/5 of the effect of the full set, but I'm not sure about that. This would mean that the gloves alone give you as much camo as the jacket alone - which seems rather unrealistic, but might be the case for reasons of simplicity.
Can someone confirm or correct this?

Re: clothing effect
Well the affect should be worked to something like (as an example) body 30% each leg 15% then the head, arms and hands 10% each would be more realistic.

Re: clothing effect
thanks for the responses!!
is it worth buying a jacket and pants? or would you recommend aim for a better rifle to replace the .243 with a better rifle (e.g. 9.3x62)? or is the shotgun with the slug ok to start with and get the sights for it instead?
I'm thinking of hunting, red deer, moose and elk a bit in the near future.
lot of questions, haha.

Re: clothing effect
For those animals you better buy a big rifle - 9.3x62, .300 or one of the 7mm. You could use the shotgun with slugs, but that would mean always getting rather close to the animals - depends on your hunting style.
I would not buy single clothes, but rather wait until you got the money for a bundle, you can save some significant cash there.

Re: clothing effect
You can also buy a 12GA Single Shot Shotgun for 6299 Gms. Thats the only gun you can buy for Gms. If you like it you can buy other shotgun for Ems or spend it on one of the rifles mentioned above.

Re: clothing effect
I forget....do clothing effects stack with Blind, Stands, and tripod effects?
EDIT: And does say, the jacket give better concealment over say, the hat? Or is it all just a standard percent?

Re: clothing effect
I think I read somewhere that clothing doesn't stack with stands or blinds, but face paint does. Not 100 percent sure though.
