Best Place to put Bear Barrel in Red Feather/Settler's?

I recently got a bear bait barrel and I want to put it either in Red Feather Falls or Settler's Creek that will eventually reach 100% attractiveness. Anyone got any ideas?

Would prefer if...
Beside a a tower
Not far from lodges

Please include coordinates or a picture on the map

This ^ I put a Tent at the north-most camp fire and then hike down (takes about 3 minutes) to that spot, I use the island nearest the river and place the barrel near the shore. I then put a Tree Stand about 20 ft to the west, you'll find a very tall tree and then I wait.

I have had 5 bears in the vicinity within 15 minutes.
