After the update, the game settings stopped working or later?
I can not change the resolution of the monitor, texture quality.....

The dropdown tabs are glitched, got to guess where each texture will be and click there.

The dropdown tabs are glitched, got to guess where each texture will be and click there.

This is happening for me too and it seems a lot of people with Steam launcher, so i filled a bug report and once is open please report your experiences there so it can be fixed as soon as possible, is a very annoying thing, and this started with an small patch at the beginning of this week, is very recent.
