Thanks for the tip - i actually have a gaming mouse (Xtrust cxt120), it's probaly not the highest quality, but works fine for me. I was just not aware of clicking on the scrolling wheel - like "seifer" menthiod. But after being aware of that, everything is fine, and i can now shift barrels on the drillingVonStratos wrote:An advice that may be helpfull is to get a "gamer" mouse, back in the time they were few and more expensive than common mouses, and focused for gamers that played mmo with lots of keys, but nowadays there is a lot of variety and to low cost, almost similar to a common mouse, the advantage is that "gamer" mouses usually bring extra buttons, that is really useful to get easy access to commands like the dog commands or switch barrels in the drilling, and of course those buttons serve to any other purpose that you want to give outside a game, very useful tools for a computer imo.

By the way, i really like the new drilling. It gives you a lot of options when you're hunting. I'm also pretty keen with the new scope - it looks exactly like my Leupold VX6, and the same type of rain/dust covers - only difference is that my Leupold is 3-18x50, and have another reticle It's a really great scope, and i can highly recommend it

Well it depend, for a farm it can be a tool more than a pet, but for other people can be more like a pet, just like police dogs, they are companions or partners more than pets, at least not like a normal pet dog could be in a common home... but its hard to see horses, since we already have the ft system, still would add a fun variety, maybe they can implement some other kind of game play now, like a limited kind of fishing or something new that would require the acquisition of many new items, a setup, and come in convenient bundles.

Maybe they decided to target the Dog classes as Pets now.HooCairs wrote:Just noticed on the new Equipment tab it says "Pets" instead of "Dogs". Will we ever have companions other than dogs? Falcons maybe?
As they are mostly that instead of how good hunting dogs can really perform.
Or maybe our other companion will be Bigfoot................

In some mmo you can get companions, like in the Star Wars one, so... maybe we will get Doc as pet companion, now that would be nice, send Doc with a command to attract a Grizzly, Doc gets mauled while you get into position for a perfect shot xD
