I don't see a bird dog tracking mule deer as a fix but a mistake - this animal locator thing is totally uncool.
But hey, fixed a couple things that needed fixing.

Fixed Scent Hounds tracking behaviour
Please fix it that we can the use the "track blood" command also while crouching.
