i think this is what im trying to do. Finished it this morning.

Gratz buddy well deserved, were helping each other out last night while I was streaming.

SFgaints2 helped me out with a mission last night (got a Bison to flee to me, very helpful ) so since he helped me, thought I'd return the favor and help him with the Bighorn Sheep mission he was on.
After that I tried the last mission True Definition of Insanity after about 7 shots I was falling asleep because it was very late for me so I went to bed.
Today I just tried the mission again and being fully refreshed after a good night sleep definallty seemed to help as I got the mission True Definition of Insanity complete 1st attempt.

I was standing 30m back from the Pheasant laying down I pressed F to whistle then the Pheasant went to the left of me so I was super lucky to hit it.

Can someone explain how buckshot to the head of a bighorn sheep from 5 meters is not a brain shot but only skull?

Use a rifle, aim at the top top of the head. I aimed litteraly at the base of the horns and got it.

Yes I got it done from behind with a rifle, now struggling with the fleeing bison
