Thanks for the update.

My guess for the feature...
Look how the male sheep is placed right in front of the tree. Like it would want to ram/rub his horns on the tree. I guess we get new animal interactions/animations with the environment for horn/antler species. Those could be cool for tracking and maybe give audio clues too while hunting. I have read here from time to time that people would want those kind of realistic/immersive animations and animal behaviours.

I was thinking the same, but remember, they also told us that there would be smoke screens to make hard to guess the right new thing, so it may be something related to anything completely different of what the picture show, like new re-skins for the most species or a new system to use the caller and attraction, etc. but something its clear, its gonna be a big change if they are anticipating with clues trough weeks, maybe months away.

The loss of points on the HS is certainly related to a modification of the HS calculation, Questions:
- Can you tell us what you have changed please? What weapon, what animal?
- Why did some players lose nothing?

Just checked. My hunterscore is still the same.
As I yet didn't bought any Magpie equipment, I yesterday tried to sneak up on some with my .17 HMR, just found one group and shy as they are they spotted me before I could begin any action

It seems the .300 rifles are the reason for some HS going down - if I understood this right, the Carbon has been combined with the other .300 rifles. Since you're not even close to having those maxed out, you aren't affected.

Let's wait for Mat to say a few words. Maybe it was inadvertedly.

Thanks for the SU. The Magpie goose is a nice addition to Picabeen bay After having some thoughts, i bought the bundle. But like many others, i own, and have maxed out the 20 gauge. So a little annoying to have to buy it again. I agree that a tent would have pleased more players. But all-in-all, cool with some "exotic" goose hunting

After the update i cant find any roaming tracks or droppings from cottontail rabbits on LP, all i find is hopping and fleeing tracks.
Anybody else having the same problem?

I gotta say, it woulda made more sense to release the new feature before doing the survey. If it's something that asked-for, guaranteed there'll be a lot of people voting for/mentioning it instead of something that's not in the works

My guess is increased render distance, and secondarily, more complex animal AI (more complex herding/harem behavior maybe). I definitely think (and HOPE!) it's the first one, though. I'm afraid to get too excited!
