We will be addressing some of the eye feedback you brought up here ("cross-eyed-ness"). Not all of it. Some of the things you are referring look like that because of lighting issues on the screenshot and the face and eyes will look different in game in different lighting. And unfortunately, we can't make them changeable, although it would be beyond awesome.

Great Stutzen trophy shots too, that piebald - mmm.
