Sweet update! Looking forward to the new reserve!

Verify email worked for me, I got the new .243 and can't wait to try it out. I didn't have to change my email address though.

Hi Alena,
I click on "I forgot my password", put my email, and receive mail "Password recovery" from Thehunter with a link inside and when i go....
Nothing happening.

Just redirected on landing page https://signup.thehunter.com/#/landing

I had update email on the website but on steam I had verify email.

killertut, Why don't they just give us the items without doing that? We already verified the email before. Is it that hard?

Image No email verify option. My wife who is a new player got the weapon(and extra). What i have to do? I think that i verified my email years ago...

Well, seems people who verified it long ago cannot do so now. you will have to update you mail and afterwards change it back.
worked for me, took me 2 minutes and everybody should have 2-3 mail addresses.

Feedback on my work as a moderator is always welcome!

But doesn't it bring the risk that people change to an old (unused) or even fake mail address to get the items and don't change back? Doesn't that contradict the idea to improve the data about your customers that way?

This is annoying. I click the verify email and nothing happens. I try changing my email, and it says email not available. I try changing it back, and it says email not available. Also the new landing page looks nice but you can't see clearly and tell it is a link for the "already member" nor the "forgot password" on the next screen. All the same thanks for the update and the new goodies.

you have to verify your mail adress before it gets changed, so you cannot use an unused email adress.
