Well i think that if you buy a weapon or other gear you should own it, i have never heard anyone rent hunting gear like weapons and so
(i mean...weapons is a well tuned tool/instrument for each hunter).

But when it comes to licenses you pay a license for that animal you want to hunt under a certain period of time, the license will determine where you can hunt due to that the animal is on this or that island.
