Like I said before, there should really have been a 3rd choice to that question, such as "I don't know" or "not sure" since it is a question you cannot leave unanswered.

The thing is, if they are not going to renew to be truthful they are going to pick no. If they aren't sure if they will renew, to be at all truthful they are being forced to pick yes.

I filled the survey out, plus the only reason I put no for renewal was I have a pioneer membership so I already have everything for life
