Anyone else ever had this glitch after closing the inventory?

Once i saw an ufo floating in the sky above me, then i realize it wasn't an ufo, it was anti-gravity animal poop(didn't fall on me luckily) but i had no profs, now i got them:

Thx. It was a single antler of 134 if i remember correctly .
