Trailer wont play now

After update today went to home page and played trailer did nt work head sound is all. The other vids played fine I am useing vista 32bit

I had a similar problem, but the other way around, so I downloaded the vids to my desktop to watch them.

I had no option other than downloading them. left clicking brought up the down load screen and right clicking and saving target as also brought up the down load screen.

My mom's computer crashed and rebooted itself when she tried to play them.. I suggested she download them to her desktop.
