i've always enjoyed the weather in Colo. i lived there back in the old days, mid 60's and again in the mid 70's. Boulder in the 60's and FT Collins in the 70's. i would like to be up there again, but the thin air wouldn't be good for me now..you remember the old saying: hind sight is 20/20.

Yes. Since you know the state you'll know where I live. I'm in Buena Vista. Small friendly town of 2200 pop. The town i'm thinking of moving to that's cooler is Leadville 30 mi north of me. Another small friendly town. I believe it's the highest town in the US at 10,000 ft. You really wouldn't like the air up there or I should say the lack of air. I'm good with altitude and usually hang out at 12,000 ft. Elk like it there too.

it's not that i wouldn't like the air at that altitude, it's that i wouldn't get enough of it....i'd have to wear a full face oxygen mask...
so, i shouldn't expect a invite to visit, huh.....
