I spent yesterday running around BRR testing your settings. My system is... i7 3.7GHz, GTX1080, 32GB of ram, two 1920x1080 & one 2560x1080 monitors, running windows 10 pro x64.

Using the high settings I was seeing mostly a solid 60FPS with drops as low as 45. My GPU was pretty much maxed out the whole time running at 100%. I was also watching twitch or netflix while playing, so that is another factor. I was getting some uncomfortable stuttering when going into binocular view or anytime the taxidermy window would pop up.

I moved down to medium and everything was fine (still looks great). My GPU runs between 35-40% with medium settings. I clearly have some room to up the settings a bit, something between medium and high. What would you would you recommend?

Try "8xSQ [Combined: 2x2 SS + 2x MS]" at the setting "Antialiasing - Setting" ..and you could try "Quality" at the setting "Texture filtering - Quality".

I got a chance tonight to test some settings. I settled on using your high settings with AA turned down to "8xSQ" and Transparency SS turned down to "4x sparse grid supersampling".

On BRR I was averaging 75-80% GPU load and spikes around 95% in the acacia forests. On the WH, I was averaging 75% GPU load and spikes in the mid-80s.

In the end, solid 60FPS, no stuttering, and the game looks great. Thanks again!

I play on high settings in all reserves except for TGT. In TGT is also good (50-60fps ) but only about 10 min. Next, I have drop to 25- 30 fps. I tired mid settings but still the same. What should I do?
i7 4700mq 2x2,40ghz, 16gb ram, gtx 765m

Ps. Sorry for my english. I'm learning

Hmm, I'll give it a go. If it works, awesome!

EDIT: Doesn't appear to affect my game at all.

You have a nvidia graphiccard? If yes, doublecheck the settings, it must work. If no, sry ..it working only for nvidia cards.
