Yes, the method is old and known, but you always need to know/test the correct aa-compatibility.. Which takes time.. Nothing for me

No, you don't, most popular games have already been tested:\m/ wrote:Yes, the method is old and known, but you always need to know/test the correct aa-compatibility.. Which takes time.. Nothing for me

Oh, i didnt know that you can find in the meanwhile a list of some games, that is good. Only popular games, but still ok. There are also some standard flags listed or? I remember the setting for Halflife 2, should be the standard in the linked list

That would never do it justice.DarkHunterXX wrote:would be nice if some people could post some before and after shots
Visit Whitehart at around 11PM, then walk a piece of road partly covered by shadows and look at the shadows and the road texture while walking or running (or trees or grass), you will see that it flickers, that doesn't look smooth like it does in real life. This anti-aliasing method will almost completely get rid of that issue.

As far as I know SGSSAA (Sparse Grid Super Sampling) should always be equal to the level of MSAA (Multi Sampling).
So if you run with 8x MSAA you should set SGSSAA to 8x too to get the best result. Higher SGSSAA does not automatically mean better.

As far as i know i choose the sampling which looks best for me, and that is often not the equal level in th.. But each person has different eyes and monitors etc.Herzbube wrote:As far as I know SGSSAA (Sparse Grid Super Sampling) should always be equal to the level of MSAA (Multi Sampling).

Download you should find a secure one on well known sites. In germany f.e. Chip (manual, not chip installer) should normally be safe.

I found that loading times are somewhat increased as well. But if im honest, I am not sure if I really experience a real difference. It looks nice.. but in comparision I do not know

Doublecheck the settings, there must be a difference ..or you wear old glasses?
But seriously, f. e. you should have no little edges at the weapons, hm and co if all settings are correct in inspector (Antialiasing at weapons). Take the time to doublecheck all settings in black at/with the linked screenshot
