Mission 1: Sneaky Red Fox
- Harvest a Red Fox at Bushrangers Run from a maximum distance of 20 meters (approx. 66 ft.) without using a blind, stand or tower.
- Start at the eastern Lodge (Copper Hills) and go west.
- Wind in BRR is going east straight.
- The only calls you will ever hear there are from red foxes.
- When you hear a call, call back with the caller on top of a little hump between you and the fox.
- Lay flat behind the hill and wait. The camo clothes don't matter because the fox will not see you.
- Blast it with the shotgun and buckshot.
- Harvest a Blacktail Deer in Redfeather Falls from a maximum distance of 20 meters (approx. 66 ft.) without using a blind, stand or tower.
- Start as far north as you can in a tent.
- If you don't have a tent, start at Trapper's Rest and fast travel to the Maskwawikowin River campsite.
- Calls up there will be from Moose or Blacktails.
- Wind direction is north-northeast.
- When you hear a call, call back with the caller and wait behind an object to take cover.
- Lay flat and wait. Any deer camo clothes (B&C, Army, Doc Monsignor, Trapper) will help.
- Outback Outfit and Sneaky 3D Summer camo may also help.
- Blast it with the shotgun and buckshot.
- Harvest a Turkey in Settler Creeks from a maximum distance of 20 meters (approx. 66 ft.) without using a blind, stand or tower.
- Start at southern lodge (Homestead) and go west. Calls near the lodge will be from Turkeys, Whitetails and Ferals. Elks will also be around but less.
- You can also start from northern lodge (Highland) and go south. Calls there can be from Elk or Turkeys (WT in rare cases).
- Wind direction does not matter for Turkeys. They don't smell you.
- When you hear a call, call back with the caller and wait on a little hump.
- Lay flat and wait.
- Outback Outfit, Ghillie Suit and Sneaky 3D Summer camo may help.
- Blast it with the shotgun and birdshot.
- Shoot fast before the turkey sees you.
- Harvest an Arctic Fox in Whiterime Ridge from a maximum distance of 20 meters (approx. 66 ft.) without using a blind, stand or tower.
- Start at the northern Lodge (Danforth's) and go east.
- Wind direction is north-northeast.
- Calls will be from Sitka Deer or Arctic Fox.
- When you hear a call, call back with the caller on top of a hump between you and the fox.
- Lay flat behind the hill and wait. The camo clothes don't matter because the fox will not see you.
- Blast it with the shotgun and buckshot.
- Harvest a Coyote at Logger's Point from a maximum distance of 20 meters (approx. 66 ft.) without using a blind, stand or tower.
- Start at the southern lodge (Field) and go east.
- Wind direction is north-northeast.
- Calls near the lodge will be mostly from Mule Deer, Pheasants and Coyotes. WT and Feral Hogs will also call but less.
- When you hear a call, call back with the caller on top of a hump between you and the Coyote.
- Lay flat behind the hill and wait.
- Outback Outfit, Ghillie Suit and Sneaky 3D Summer camo may help.
- Blast it with the shotgun and buckshot.
- Males and females count.
- Don't use a scope on the shotgun. Animals can trott in from an angle.
- Listen for the animal to show up and be ready to shoot.
- Consider bringing a bow to eliminate unwanted calling animals. You may also chase them away.
- Consider scent eliminator for all species but turkeys.
