Where to hunt roes at Val des Bois

Val des Bois is Red deer and Red Fox heaven but I only find tiny Roes here compared to Hirsch... Need one over 160 where do they hide?

I've found some of my biggest roes at VDB. I'd call it luck of the draw.

Correct but booring conclusion I did get a pretty decent 199 on my second hunt but it took a long while. Still seem to stumble upon them more often at Hirsch. Seem to be a bit more action on the northern then the southern part.

edit: Yes I found it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsEionrZQJg. About there I found my 199 but yes northern half then they are a bit of everywhere but still don´t seem as roe crowded as Hirsch.

Ive shot some 240+ on VDB but have to say for Roe I prefer HF or Hemmeldal. You can find roe pretty much from the large lake in the west all the way to the eastern island. Only part where you wont find roe is up the Western side

I found them west and east but little south though occasionally a few there too.

a Player got a 234 roe near the north lodge, just off to the side of the cliff.

walk the river end to end is simplest.

or as with any animal go to animal maps and visit all the areas (which are basically spawn areas).
