Re: Wiki News / Updates
Wiki should be up-to-date with Axis Deer and the whole shebang. CSS values are still missing.

Re: Wiki News / Updates
So I was a bit tired of the same 4 pictures on the Wiki home page.
https://thehunter.fandom.com
There is now a new slider based on cutting edge technology (probably from NASA) that allows for larger pictures and also more than 4. You will find some trophy shots (maybe even from YOU) that should make the site appear a bit more alive with real pictures.

A nice little visual tweak, Hoo! Function and accuracy is always vital, but it never hurts to pretty things up a bit once in a while, too!HooCairs wrote:So I was a bit tired of the same 4 pictures on the Wiki home page.

The wiki now features a "lethality map" with general rules for how lethal shots are when hitting certain regions of an animal.

If hit in combination with other organs, the time to die is increased."

Re: Wiki News / Updates
Yes unfortunately this is seen over and over. If you hit the lung only, the animal dies much faster than if you hit the lung AND the stomach.
It is as if they have some weird formula that distributes the damage like this
lung only --> 100% of damage given to lung --> fast death
lung and stomach --> 50% damage given to lung (fast), and 50% damage given to stomach (very slow) --> animal dies later
It should be
lung only --> 100% of damage given to lung --> fast death
lung and stomach --> 100% damage given to lung (fast), and additional 50% damage given to stomach --> animal dies even faster
