New hunter in camp
Hello all,
I am new to the Hunter, but not to hunting games. I have been a member of Big Game Lodge (99) since January 2005. This game looks amazing, and I really can't wait for this beta, and full game to be released.
Thanks,
Denea

It was awesome today, high of 40 no snow. Spent a few hours out in the woods with just seeing four (4) doe. Where in WNY your friends located?Fabled Foe wrote:Hey Denea, I've got people up in western ny. How's the weather up there?

Cool, I'm south of Buffalo in Gowanda... You make it up for a NY hunt?

No, but my sister likes to hunt elk up that way... To cold for me, if it get's 40 degree's I'm useless. I've been down here in Florida most of my life.
I did get stuck in a blizzard up there once.

Yeah I can see you being not a fan of the cold, growing up in Florida. Its not to bad, summers are hot, winters are freezing .. but then when the 20 degree weather is gone, and the 50's approach, that's when its shorts time. Haven't been on a elk hunt around here, but would definitely check it out.

I'm trying to remember where they said they went, maybe some place in Pennsylvania, cause they lived right outside of Hershey... They showed me a head to one they got, they said it was 10 feet tall. It made the buck mounts (deer) look like toys.
