Bright colors are natures way of telling you that it's safe to eat. ;)

Mother Nature sure knows how to screw with us tho' don't she. Bright colored insects are poisonous, and then she goes and makes bright colored vegetation safe to eat...I dunno about that. I stay away from all mushrooms 'cept for the ones that I buy from a store or from that guy down the street...  Peace.

I visualized you Radamus, layin' there lookin' up to the sky after Fletchette dared you to eat it... I know you ain't no cub but an ol' bear, 'cept I couldn't find one where a big ol' bear was rocked on 'shrooms. That clip is from the 1988 movie "The Bear", if you ain't ever saw it, check it out. It really represents the cunning and survival of a wounded bear- the bear makes the hunter look like an ******* for takin'...well you know, a hasty shot while trying to kill it. It is kind of like reverse psychology- from the Bear's perspective. It friggin' works too! ;) Respect.
No need to watch this entire thing, 'less you wanna- but here is the full movie. Just the first few minutes of the movie- will make you want to find it and watch it. I'll hand out kleenex when it is over. Peace.
BCKidd.
